★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala, acudí porque no entregaron el recibo del bimestre a pagar y sin él no se puede pagar en tiendas de conveniencia. A pesar de que la atención es de 8 AM a 3 pm ya no había personal. Los cajeros solo tenían la opción de pago con tarjeta inteligente o bancaria. Una de las varias personas que no podíamos usar efectivo, comentó que cuando hay personal pueden habilitar los cajeros para aceptar efectivo. Usé el teléfono que tienen ahí, para llamar al 071 para preguntar si podía pagar solo utilizando los números de la tarjeta pues no la traía. El menú no da la opción de hablar con alguien. Finalmente un señor muy amable me explicó que hay que tener la tarjeta en físico pues hay que deslizarla en la terminal y poner el NIP. El pagó mi recibo usando su tarjeta.
