★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio no es bueno que digamos en esta dependencia, los requisitos que te piden para los trámites en esta dependencia en ocasiones no son dados de forma completa por las empleadas. A veces los empleados tienen un mal trato hacia los clientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio sumamente lento, solo una recepcionista para atender los trámites diversos, aunado a que a pesar de que el horario publicado de atención es de 8am a 3pm, solo trabajan hasta las 2pm, no tiene lógica ese horario, cuando en Minatitlán trabajan hasta las 3pm como lo marcan las oficinas. Lo único rescatable es el vigilante que brinda buena atención y orden a los usuarios.
Extremely slow service, only one receptionist to attend to the various procedures, in addition to the fact that despite the fact that the published hours of attention are from 8am to 3pm, they only work until 2pm, that schedule does not make sense, when in Minatitlán they work until 3pm as the offices mark it.
