Un par de horas despues personal de el CFE me visito en mi docimicilio para cambiar el medidor. Gracias!! Excellent service. The staff in the office is very friendly and they are very efficient attended, the processing of my request was resolved in a matter of minutes. A couple of hours later, CFE staff visited me in my home to change the meter. Thanks!!

Poco profesional y nada de ética cero educación . Me sorprende que lo tengan en ese puesto ! The attention with the Engineer in charge is very bad, he does not want to attend you, he makes you wait in the sun after the gate and then he tells you that he does not have time to attend to anyone and leaves. D	Denise Serrano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Ha sido una pesadilla que vayan a conectar el servicio, tengo UN MES intentando, ya he creado 4 reportes diferentes y nunca van! Ponen ahí que no los dejaron pasar y más mentiras, imposible hablar con el "ingeniero" encargado, todos son una bola de incompetentes! Terrible service. Pueden hacer la diferencia ,pero no quieren. Que lastima. Terrible service, request a change of owner, they tell you that it will be there in 48 hours and it goes for more than a month and nothing, why are those who work there so mediocre? L	L C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ simplemente nadie responde el teléfono, cierran demasiado pronto y para los tramites tienes que dar 2 o 3 vueltas, de lo peor, nunca llego a ser una empresa de clase mundial como se presume, urge que todos cambien a energía alternativa para dejar de tener que tratar con este tipo de empresa aun que dudo que quieran soltar el monopolio. simply no one answers the phone, they close too soon and for the paperwork you have to go around 2 or 3 times, worst of all, I never became a world-class company as is presumed, it is urgent that everyone switch to alternative energy to stop having to deal with this type of company even though I doubt they want to let go of the monopoly.
M	Marisol Gómez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca llega mi recibo de luz fui a pagar porque me quitaron la luz pasé con un asesor y me pidió mi número de servicio y empecé a platicar los lo sucedido y ella estaba escribiendo en la computadora y me dijo pasé pague y máximo 24 horas tiene el servicio restablecido eso fue el 25 de mayo y hoy es primero de junio llamé al 071 y me dijo la señorita que no tenía ningún reporte de reconexión Y qué en las oficinas me debieron de haber dado un número del reporte para que vinieran a reconectar por favor que no les pase lo que a mí me dan su número de reporte sea cuál sea el caso My electricity bill never arrives I went to pay because they cut off my electricity I went to an advisor and he asked me for my service number and I started to talk about what happened and she was writing on the computer and told me I went to pay and maximum 24 hours you have the service restored that was on May 25 and today is the first of June I called 071 and the lady told me that she did not have any reconnection report And that in the offices they should have given me a report number so that they could come and reconnect please that what they give me their report number does not happen to them whatever the case may be

El personal no está capacitado al 100% , en 1 día me hacen ir 3 veces y no puede atenderme la misma persona para darle seguimiento a mi detalle. Cada recepcionista nueva que me atiende, tengo que volver a explicarle y cada una con su teoría diferente respecto a mi problema. Cada 2 meses tengo que ir a reclamar ya que no toman la lectura correcta y me cobran el doble o triple de lo real, no hay reembolso. Es una pésima empresa, ojalá que pronto migremos a la energía solar y evitemos el error humano. Que difícil y que tristeza de servicio. Solo de pensar la palabra me aturde el día. Lastima que dependemos de ellos. Terrible service. The staff is not 100% trained, in 1 day they make me go 3 times and the same person cannot assist me to follow up on my details. Every 2 months I have to go to claim since they do not take the correct reading and they charge me double or triple the real one, there is no refund. It is a lousy company, hopefully we will soon migrate to solar energy and avoid human error. How difficult and sad to serve. Just thinking about the word stuns my day. Too bad we depend on them.
