★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio debería ser más aprisa de lo q ahora es y que no nos hicieran dar varias vueltas para tantos requisitos así como para la respuesta en cuanto ala solución del mismo problema por el cual acudimos ala oficina gracias.
The service should be faster than it is now and that they did not make us give several laps for so many requirements as well as for the answer regarding the solution of the same problem for which we went to the office thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está muy bien la CFE en villa de el carbón pero siempre hay mucha gente y solo una persona atendiendo. La persona que atiende es muy amable y paciente para atender a la gente pero si necesitan mandar a otra persona para atender. En lo personal fui a hacer una contratación para servicio doméstico el 12 de marzo y no me han dado el servicio, el día de hoy fui otra vez y me dicen que espere de aquí al lunes y si no vuelva a ir. Eso no está bien.
The CFE is very well in the village of the coal but there are always many people and only one person attending. The person who attends is very kind and patient to attend to people but if they need to send another person to attend. Personally I went to do a hiring for domestic service on March 12 and I have not been given the service, today I went again and they tell me to wait until Monday and if I do not go back. That is not right.

Ya tomé un álbum de fotos de mi instalación y preparación con todo lo que pide CFE para realizar una instalación en mi domicilio ya que sería la primer vez. Pero me traen vuelta y vuelta. Le pregunto al señor que toma lectura de los vecinos de CFE y el de la camioneta y me dice que todo está perfecto que solo vaya a las oficinas que me queda a 2 hora de trayecto y no me dan solución ,me dan el número de orden y me dicen que ya con eso me conectarán la luz y no vienen. Marco al 071 y vía tweeter les doy el número de orden y marco a los 5 días y me dicen que no fue aprobada mi solicitud, voy denuevo y pregunto cuál es mi fallo y me dicen que saque foto y ya llevo 3 meses asi solo vuelta y vuelta.
