★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usualmente es un lugar con muy buen servicio y tiene muy buena ubicación, sin embargo desde hace más de dos meses esta cerrado por reparaciones. Deberían poner ese detalle ya que google lo marca como funcionando.
It is usually a place with very good service and has a very good location, however for more than two months it has been closed for repairs. They should put that detail since google marks it as working.

La atención de algunas personas dista mucho de ser excelente. Cuando solicité un alta como cliente con un nuevo medidor pasaron meses para que lo colocaran, como había un medidor ya colocado de un servicio que se canceló hace muchos años y no lo quitaron, no querían quitarlo ahora y poner uno nuevo. De hecho cancelaron el servicio que di de alta y no avisaron, hasta tuve que ir a preguntar qué había pasado que seguían sin darme el nuevo servicio de luz.
El colmo fue cuando me dijeron que el técnico fue al domicilio y olvidó llevarse sus herramientas y para no regresarse puso en su reporte que ya había visitado el lugar y cerraron el servicio y me obligaron a dar de alta de nuevo el mismo servicio.
The place to pay is fine.
The care of some people is far from excellent. When I applied to register as a customer with a new meter, it took months for them to put it in, as there was a meter already in place from a service that was canceled many years ago and they did not remove it, they did not want to remove it now and put a new one. In fact they canceled the service that I registered and did not notify, I even had to go to ask what had happened that they still did not give me the new electricity service.
The last straw was when they told me that the technician went to the home and forgot to take his tools and, in order not to return, he put in his report that he had already visited the place and they closed the service and forced me to register the same service again.

The cashiers just spend their time talking and it takes you a long time to attend to AWFUL SERVICE, it is better to use the cashiers
