Extremely difficult to conduct business. My biggest complaint... CFE makes it difficult for customers to pay their light bills. Those finding themselves out of the country would be hatd pressed to pay for services rendered! You must find a friend to pay your bill, or lose your service!

I loathe having to visit this place but a friend needed a translator. We actually had an appointment with a manager so the wait to speak to customer service rep (usually 1 hour plus) was only 15 minutes beyond our appointment time. This young guy playing manager that day could not have been less helpful while being so rude that at one point I had to say "look I'm just the translator ok - I'm here because this person doesn't understand the situation still after 3 other visits here." So don't expect much when you go there - just a bunch of government utility workers who have jobs for life for doing little and they know it.
