★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues muy lamentable, hice una cita en la institución para hacer una denuncia de GEPROCAR Por una Homonimia y me dijeron que no me podían atender ya que se está haciendo toda esa labor electrónicamente, antes había ido y primero tenía que hacer la cita , hoy que fui me dijeron tiene que hacerlo por correo osea entonces para que ponen las oficinas para que te hacen hacer citas si ya todo lo van a recibir así ? Porque ponen en atención a niñas sin experiencia, llamé a condusef y me dicen después de media hora que GEPROCAR no les corresponde que tiene que ser en Profeco y en Profeco pues no hay oficinas en Colima. Ahora a esperar? Aquí solo hacen perder el tiempo no tienen solución de nada

SI vas en persona no te atienden y piden que realices el trámite vía internet, entonces rellenas los formularios con las dudas no resueltas, te dan cita para una semana, asistes y te dicen que están mal redactado.
