Comento que en mi familia tuvimos un problema bastante serio debido a que mi papá, quien es un adulto mayor, y además batalla para escuchar; deseaba cancelar su TDC y al hacerlo (ya que se nos dijo que dicho trámite no se podía realizar en sucursal) vía telefónica le ponían miles de pretextos, además de mofarse de él debido a su problema de escucha. Esto lo comento porque los ejecutivos que atienden por teléfono nos dijeron que NO lo podíamos auxiliar ya que el titular es quien debe realizar la cancelación. Adicionalmente a estas burlas y malos tratos, quiero mencionar las trabas que nos pusieron (las peores): "petición" de NIP y RFC (los cuales no les proporcionaron por obvias razones),para según ellos hacer una autenticación y comunicación al titular con ejecutivos diferentes y que no resuelven nada porque son unos ineptos, y patanes, teniendo en cuenta que ya se tenía saldada la deuda. De modo que tuvimos que acudir a la CONDUSEF y se nos resolvió el problema en menos de dos semanas, se te tiene al tanto de tu queja y finalmente la TDC quedó cancelada, lo cual se corrobora mediante una carta que envía el banco vía correo electrónico. El portal de la CONDUSEF es bastante amigable e intuitivo y pide documentos que cualquier cuentahabiente tiene a la mano y son suficientes, esto, para poder comprobar que la queja es auténtica y que se tengan los datos suficientes para que te puedan ayudar.
