★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gran frustración por el mal trato de la persona encargada de ventas que me atendió y teniendo el producto se negó a vendérmelo, previo a ir hable por teléfono toda la manana y nunca contestan, después por inbox me confirmaron el producto,me dijeron a donde se cambiaron y el horario como puedo me traslado y la mujer que nos atendió de lo mas déspota, ni con receta sellada en mano, ni llamando a los médicos veterinarios para que hablaran con ella quiso vendernos la vacuna para un perro que esta delicado, que horrible que existan esas personas al publico, se nota que no les interesa en lo mas mínimo el trato con las personas, no tiene ética. y como dice otra persona no merece ni una estrella pero si con eso me publican para que tengan cuidado si es que nunca los ha visitado ni comprado y no se lleven una gran sorpresa.
Great frustration for the bad treatment of the person in charge of sales who attended me and having the product refused to sell it to me, prior to going I spoke on the phone all morning and they never answer, then inbox they confirmed the product, they told me where to go. they changed and the schedule as I can move and the woman who attended us the most despotic, neither with a prescription sealed in hand, nor calling the veterinary doctors to speak with her wanted to sell us the vaccine for a dog that is delicate, how horrible that these people exist to the public, it is noticeable that they are not interested in the slightest deal with people, it has no ethics. And as someone else says, it does not deserve a star, but if they publish it with me so they can be careful if they have never visited or bought them and they do not have a big surprise.
