★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a horribly inefficient company. I got into an accident 15 miles away from the border and El Aguila Seguros deemed my car a total loss.
At the accident, the insurance agent allowed the tow truck to take my car with all my stuff in it. The police forced me to pay a bribe with the agents consent, then the agent took me to the ATM and made me pay him 5220 pesos because the tow truck cartel was holding my car hostage. The agent was nice enough to drive me to the border and I had to walk across and make my own way back to Wisconsin.
THAT WAS OVER A MONTH AGO.
I am still waiting for El Aguila to send money fro the total loss.
