Venía de pasar un mal rato en una tienda que se llama VAQUEIROS pero la atención, profecionalismo y paciencia del colaborador que me atendió fue suficiente para realizar todas mis compras con gusto y satisfacción. Felicidades son la mejor tienda, continúen así.

Fui comprar varias cosas a este lugar, el vendedor muy paciente y amable, porque no se los nombres de las herramientas y explicándole me decía como se llama y me equivoqué al pedir el silicón pedí tubo y era blíster, pague y a la hora tuvieron que cancelar, pero tanto el vendedor como la cajera amables y pacientes, me gustó mucho su atención de ambos.

Muy mala experiencia. Tienen segregado por departamentos todo en cuestión de servicio. Fui por unas lámparas el cual la vendedora me dijo que tenía que valorar si tiene el artículo en existencia porque hay muchas cosas que no tiene inventario físico y que están descontinuados. En lo particular hice como 1 hora al final de cuentas no logre ver un artículo en lo personal que fue unos reflectores RGB. Creo que impaciente a la señorita porque otro vendedor me termino cobrando. Aclaró la señorita no se quería mover de su silla y estaba jugando su celular. Hay mucha gente en mostrador y yo creo que si todos hicieran de todo cambiaría mucho el servicio. No era el único disgustado porque igual algunos señores están en las mismas que yo. Lo único que alcance a observar detalladamente es que si cuentan con mucho material inexistente ojalá puedan depurar lo que ya no está para venta así poder ayudar a todos los usuarios que a veces si necesitamos como una asesoramiento en cuestión de algunos artículos. Espero que mi aportación haga cambiar un poco y que lo tomen como una retroalimentación en su servicio.
Very bad experience. They have segregated by departments everything in terms of service. I went for some lamps which the saleswoman told me that I had to assess if she had the item in stock because there are many things that do not have physical inventory and that are discontinued. In particular, I did about 1 hour at the end of accounts I could not see an article personally that was some RGB reflectors. I think the lady was impatient because another vendor ended up charging me. The lady clarified she did not want to move from her chair and was playing her cell phone. There are a lot of people at the counter and I think that if everyone did everything, the service would change a lot. I wasn't the only one upset because some gentlemen are in the same situation as me. The only thing that I can observe in detail is that if they have a lot of non-existent material, hopefully they can purge what is no longer for sale so that we can help all users that sometimes we do need, such as advice on some items. I hope that my contribution makes a little change and that they take it as feedback on their service.

Fernández has been and continues to be a bastion of great service in Merida. It is extremely rare that they don't have what I'm looking for. Their prices are the best as well.

We went to the Fernandez store in Merida, Calle 70 and found a very efficient customer queuing system utilizing a number display board allowing people to sit and rest while awaiting their turn in line. ( no stiff legs or sore feet, have a seat ) When entering the store sanitizer then a thermometer scan is required, very convenient with a polite assistant to guide the new customer to the paper number dispenser. With your small number slip view the multiple screens displaying customer numbers and booth numbers. When your number pops up go to the booth indicated on the screen. You will find a helpful, pleasant employee who will assist you. The employee will gather your products, guide you to the cashier. Once paid, walk to the dispensing desk to acquire your purchase. If you can take a photo of your requirement to speed the process. Photos are multilingual. The entire process is smooth and relaxed. P.s. My Spanish is defiantly lacking and I found the entire experience very efficient. The employees, especially the first employee trying to understand my requirements were so kind and understanding. Smiles were abundant. Many thanks to all the staff.
