Me llaman para comentarme que están afuera del domicilio, les confirmo que bajo y no me tardo ni 2 minutos y ya no están. Me indican que la unidad va de regreso al domicilio y me quedo esperando y no llega. Llamo para preguntar y me evitan la llamada y no tienen la capacidad de poder decir algo tan simple como "no sé cuando llega la unidad, le llamamos cuando ya esté". No vivimos a disposición de sus horarios, terrible falta de organización y de comunicación a sus clientes... Terrible service. They have had me all day with the fact that they do come and they do not arrive. They tell me that the unit is going back to the home and I wait and it doesn't arrive.
