Siempre hay una caja abierta máximo dos, así salga la fila del banco las cajas siguen igual y les haces la observación y no les importa siguen igual.
Terrible service.
There is always an open box, maximum two, so the bank row comes out, the boxes remain the same and you make the observation and they do not care they remain the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Como es posible que no tengan personal para cubrir horario de comida de sus empleados. Y todavía te dicen que puedes pasar por un estado de cuenta que era lo que solicitaba a otra sucursal por qué la persona encargada del trámite tarda una hora en llegar. No ganas de regresar por mi estado de cuenta a esa sucursal. Servicio fatal.
Terrible service. As it is possible that they do not have staff to cover meal times for their employees. And they still tell you that you can go through an account statement that was what you requested from another branch because the person in charge of the process takes an hour to arrive. I don't feel like going back for my account statement to that branch. Awful service.
