Tiene rampa para personas con discapacidad y hay preferencia para atención a adultos mayores.
Se puede realizar el pago de predial y agua en una carpa ubicada en el estacionamiento.
El diseño del estacionamiento es muy malo y tiene carriles muy angostos.
