★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El Edificio de C5, alberga instalaciones de Fiscalía (MP de Flagrancia), las Oficinas de la Policía Estatal de Puebla. No asi de Policía Municipal que regresaron a ocupar sus instalaciones en Rancho Colorado.
 The C5 Building houses the Public Prosecutor's Office (Flagrancia MP), the Puebla State Police Offices. Not so the Municipal Police who returned to occupy their facilities in Rancho Colorado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para llegar abordar la Ruta Línea Periférico con destino a FINSA, hace paradas en avenidas y Boulevard principales, en este caso bajar en avenida México - puebla en el puente en cuatlancingo y caminar unos 100 metros. Puedes abordar en plaza San Diego.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio 12 horas o un poco más para levantar la denuncia con detenido presentado en el are de fragancia trabajan con mal modo y solo están viendo en que perder el tiempo en la noche solo están preocupados quien se va a dormir primero asco de Fiscalia y procedimientos deben mejorar eso nuestras leyes mexicanas??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Más de 12 horas para levantar tu denuncia. El personal de la fiscalía errores tras errores. Se equivocan mucho. Por eso mejor uno prefieren no levantar denuncia. Las instalaciones tan pésimas pero que tal inversión.
More than 12 hours to raise your complaint. The prosecution staff mistakes after mistakes. They are very wrong. That's why one would prefer not to file a complaint. The facilities are so bad but that such an investment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a levantar una denuncia, me la rechazaron por motivos variados legales y por que la Srta quería irse a descansar a su casa me hicieron esperar 12 horas para mi turno y había gente que llevaba más tiempo en espera sin contar que quize levantar el mismo proceso pero con ayuda de un abogado le conté todo sin omitir nada que no haya dicho en el complejo de seguridad y mi abogado me dijo que si y que lo que me hicieron no era correcto en dicha institución , pésimo trato y forma de levantar algún proceso legal dan alta prioridad a policías que van a hacer los mismos trámites que a personas con alguna discapacidad o personas de la 3era edad.
PD no vayan a perder su tiempo.
