SCAMMERS !! Do not be fooled!! They steal your money. My money was stolen from the section based on deception. They deceived me saying that you can get the car on credit with banks and it is NOT true! They only have an internal financial company with a very high interest, when I asked if I could get credit with a bank they told me yes but to put the truck aside because there was already another interested party but they were putting it aside for me (deception of haste) and that tomorrow he would talk to me The advisor to review the credit with the banks, I clearly gave the section and the next day the advisor told me that they had no agreements with banks and that if I wanted to do it with the bank it would be through a personal loan (which have very high rates 34% approx) much higher still than its internal financial. To which I refused but since I had already given the section based on their deceptions, they did not want to return the money. They are scammers, watch out !!!

I have bought more than 3 times with them and the incredible thing is that I can leave them the car that they sold me (which means that they have so much confidence in the car that they sold you that they accept it again) I have and give the difference for a better one, I have always been able to change cars because of their excellent prices, they accept your car and the quality of each one of them. UPDATE: Today, one day after publishing my opinion, the Culiacán agency answered me! I had sent them the invoice that they showed me for the car and it is remarked!!! The invoice that they show you from the "Culiacán agency" was not issued by it! WATCH OUT!!! PREVIOUS POST —— I would give them minus 5!! Contact this lot of cars for an Audi RS5 2019, I am from GDL and before traveling and entering expenses, request information about the vehicle. They told me that it was the only owner (this vehicle has had at least 3 owners and they hit it HARD!) that it had no repainted parts and that the only thing that was wrong was a tire pressure sensor. The vehicle was at a good price and with the above information I decided to make the trip together with my brother. It was a very heavy trip (we left home at 4:00 am to the airport) due to delays at the AICM and arriving in CDMX the surprise that the ubers do not take you to toluca, so you have to pay 1,700 pesos for a taxi and spend 2 hours between traffic and distance to finally get to see the vehicle. The first thing we noticed was that the front sensors were failing, it marked failure, then we took it to a workshop where we were able to observe it in more detail and from below finding the following: from the front we saw that it was out of square, the front fascia was repainted, scratched and chipped headlights due to the salt, they removed mufflers and replaced them with ordinary tubes, damaged or disconnected front sensors, door frames with gout and scale, loose passenger visor, rear emblem with scale and pitted by salt, broken tire interior hopper, etc. … and when they return to the lot they say they don't know ANYTHING you say, as if they don't know the car. We made a much lower offer and without the intention of buying it and they told us no, that the car was almost sold, however, when we left they marked us saying that they accepted the offer but the truth is that we were not going to take it with the conditions in the ones that are, they want to sell you based on deceit! We had to return to CDMX and pay for a taxi again, put up with traffic and a 5 hour delay on the flight back home. Really, I hope they pay for all the crooks they are! I do not like to make bad comments, however, they deceived me and made me spend 10,000 pesos and a whole day lost in airports, highways and traffic because of their deception, I will never return.
