★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicite una herramienta el jueves y quedaron de entregarme al día siguiente.. ahora me dicen que hasta el lunes... Porque tuvieron problemas y no me quieren reembolsar mi dinero.. hoy alcanzaba a comprarlo en otro lado y no es justo que por su pésimo servicio yo me quedé sin mi herramienta.. no compren alli son bien mentirosos!!
 I asked for a tool on Thursday and they left to deliver me the next day ... now they tell me that until Monday ... Because they had problems and they don't want to reimburse me for my money ... today I was able to buy it somewhere else and it's not fair that because of their lousy service I ran out of my tool .. do not buy there are good liars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen un excelente surtido, sin embargo muchas de la maquinaria de la marca silverline es muy corriente, lamentablemente yo tuve que regresar un taladro de banco debido a que el broquero tenía mucho juego lateral, cosa que no debería pasar en un taladro nuevo, lo peor de todo es que te cobran el 20% del costo del producto que compraste para devolverlo y recibir tu dinero en efectivo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amplio surtido su gente amable pero la chica que mostrador muy atareada, tardo en atenderme para tomar mis datos de facturación ya que contesta teléfonos , checa otro pedido mientras veo a los otros 2 hombres sin hacer nada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabo de comprar un rotomartillo makita ayer, por lo mismo que conozco la marca lo adquirí hecho en Estados Unidos, a la primera y no miento en el primer barreno se calentó y empezó a sacar humo. Acudí hoy para tratar de cambiar el aparato y sorpresa, hay que mandarlo a garantía con la marca y esperar a que lo revisen, lo abrieron y esta quemado.
Entiendo que se respalden en la garantía de la marca, pero al primer barreno, no tiene un mes de uso, tiene un barreno de uso?
Deberían de cambiar el producto nuevo por otro nuevo y ellos gestionar y arreglarse con su proveedor.
La atención de la chica de mostrador (una werita) nada conciliadora, es más a hasta se molesto.
Es una lastima porque el dueño (supongo) Oscar le echa ganas a la venta y tiene buen verbo.
En fin todas las herramientas de mi empresa las había adquirido siempre ahí con ellos y es una lastima que por un mal día de la vendedora se pierda esa sinergia con la tienda.
Ahora estoy en otra tienda buscando comprar otro rotomartillo.
