★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pésimo servicio, llevé me teléfono para cambio del display y me dañaron los botones del volumen, después de reclamarles no se hicieron responsables del daño y las persona que nos atendió es muy grosera, nunca vayan a ese lugar.

EN CUANTO A LA ATENCION AL CLIENTE SON AMABLES PERO NO SON HONESTOS, PARA COMENZAR ME DIJERON QUE TARDARIAN MEDIA HORA Y AL FINAL ESTUVE DOS HORAS ESPERANDO SOLO PARA DARME CUENTA QUE NO HABIA TECNICO, EL SEÑOR LLEGO HASTA DESPUES DE MEDIO DIA Y RECIEN AHI COMIENZA A REPARAR MI CELULAR, ME LO ENTREGARON APAGADO, POR LAS PRISAS YA NO NO LO REVICE , MALA MIA, PERO ME DIJERON QUE LO CARGARA Y YA ENCENDERIA NORMAL, NUNCA PRENDIO; LO LLEVE AL DIA SIGUIENTE Y ESTA VEZ SI TUVIERON LA DELICADEZA DE DECIRME QUE EL TECNICO LLEGA HASTA DESPUES DE MEDIO DIA. FUI POR EL A LAS 2 DE LA TARDE Y EL SEÑOR ESTABA JUGANDO, NO HABIA COMENZADO SIQUIERA, TOTAL QUE ME DEVOLVIO EL CELULAR 20 MIN DESPUES DE ESO Y ESTA PRACTICAMENTE IGUAL QUE CUANDO .LO LLEVE LA PRIMERA VEZ

AS FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY ARE KIND BUT THEY ARE NOT HONEST, TO START THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD TAKE HALF AN HOUR AND IN THE END I WAITED TWO HOURS ONLY TO REALIZE THAT THERE WAS NO TECHNICIAN, THE LORD ARRIVED UNTIL AFTER HALF A DAY AND JUST STARTED THERE TO REPAIR MY CELL PHONE, THEY DELIVERED IT TO ME OFF, BECAUSE OF THE HURRY I DON'T CHECK IT ANYMORE, MY BAD, BUT THEY TOLD ME TO CHARGE IT AND IT WOULD TURN ON NORMALLY, IT NEVER TURNED ON; I TAKE IT THE NEXT DAY AND THIS TIME THEY DID HAVE THE KINDNESS TO TELL ME THAT THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED UNTIL AFTER NOON. I WENT FOR HIM AT 2 IN THE AFTERNOON AND THE LORD WAS PLAYING, HE HAD NOT EVEN STARTED, SO HE RETURNED MY CELL PHONE TO ME 20 MIN AFTER THAT AND IT WAS PRACTICALLY THE SAME AS WHEN I TOOK IT THE FIRST TIME
THEY JUST STOLE MY MONEY.
