Además su costo es ridiculo, te cobran $550 por únicamente formatear el equipo. Se nota que no tienen ni un poco de experiencia en el tema ya que todo lo quieren solucionar cambiando piezas o formateando la PC. Pues en mi caso pensaba ir a la plaza de la tecnología pero es muy alboroto por el estacionamiento y la gente... Demasiada contaminación visual. Y este lugar muy bueno con estacionamiento propio, la atención por teléfono es excelente. Solo para mejorar recomendaría que se pudiera pagar en cualquier de los dos lugares ( la oficina de cobro con terminal a débito credito está en plaza cristal) Recommended. Easy access. J	Juan Pablo Gutierrez (Frocus X) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo una hp pavilion 15-cw0007la, no me gusto el servicio, primero por el servicio de recibimiento, estaba un anciano con pesima actitud y tambien por que no saben absolutamente nada de lo que estan haciendo, hicieron el diagnóstico sin costo por cierto (que eso esta muy bien) pero no superon con exactitud lo que tenia mi equipo, estan ahí para adivinar a ver que le pasa a un dispositivo, dicen que tienen 20 años de experiencia supongo de mediocridad ... me dijeron que tenian que hacer "algo de alto riesgo" sobre la bios, y no me dijeron nada con claridad de lo que iban a hacerle a mi equipo, al final les dije que porfavor no le hiceran nada y me lo devolvieran, me tratraron de convencer, me lo entregaron con mala gana. Al final solo era un problema de ram, investigué sobre el problema en la pagina de hp sobre los leds tenia el "3.2" , hice pruebas sobre ram solo las cambie de lugar, y funcionó el equipo. No fue un problema de bios, no fue un problema de cpu, gpu, disco duro...solo fue que estaban mal colocadas las memorias ram.
