Los técnicos no explicaron como instalar y usar la aplicación para la monitorización de las cámaras. Podrían mejorar la atencion a sus clientes.
I didn't have a good installation experience, so I can't give more stars. Make the payment on January 11 and the installation is complete 17 days later. The technicians did not explain how to install and use the application for monitoring the cameras. They could improve customer service.
