DO NO USE!! We used this company to "fix" two of our laptops. Beside taking a very very long time the owner is very rude and outright arrogant! The customer service is shocking. Honestly go somewhere else!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I called the business owner César on the phone and he told me I could come to the store to buy a serial cable. When I arrived only César's son was there. His son told me they don't have that item, but after I repeatedly asked him to check, he did have it. My wife asked if it was the correct cable with 9 wires. He rolled his eyes and laughed at her, saying it's obviously the correct cable. I asked him not to laugh at my wife as it's very rude. The cable was being used for a repair and when they cut it open there were only 4 wires, not 9. I phoned César and he shouted down the phone at me that it was my fault, then hung up when I tried to reply and did not answer when I called back. We went back to the store and after both Cesar and his son shouted at my wife in Spanish that it was our fault we had bought the wrong cable, his son exchanged it for the correct cable. We left the shop and walked across the street but then César ran out and tried to grab the cable from my wife's hand. I stopped him, standing in between him and my wife. He shouted abuse at her, telling her to return the cable or pay for it. We called the police. Eventually, after shouting at my wife in Spanish and ignoring me for 10 minutes, César gave us our money back and we gave the cable back. Avoid these ignorant, incompetent and outrageously rude people at all costs!

These guys are a step above every other computer business. I left my charger for my EVCO at home in the States! While they didn't have another charger like the one that came with my laptop; they did fine a substitute that premited me to file my taxes on time! Thank you guys!
