Cuando regrese por ella me la quisieron entregar con el marco del teclado mal puesto y a punto de reventarse, no puede ser que no se hayan dado cuenta. Tuve que volver una hora después y me di cuenta que habían descompuesto la bocina de la laptop. Prefiero pagarle nuevamente a alguien que si haga bien su trabajo que volver con ellos. I took my laptop to have the keyboard replaced. When I returned for it, they wanted to give it to me with the keyboard frame wrongly placed and about to burst, it cannot be that they have not noticed. I had to come back an hour later and realized that the laptop's speaker had broken down. I'd rather pay someone who does their job well again than go back to them.
A	Adriana Gomez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dejé mi lap y me dijeron que a lo mucho en 48 hrs se comunicaban conmigo a lo que pasó 1 semana y fui y me dijeron, mañana se comunica el técnico, y tampoco sucedió, pasaron 5 días más y fui y el técnico sólo me dijo "no pude conseguir la pieza" (usb ?) la llevé a otro lado y en 3 días me la tuvieron lista! I put down my lap and they told me that at most in 48 hours they would communicate with me after 1 week and I went and they told me, tomorrow the technician communicates, and it did not happen either, 5 more days passed and I went and the technician only told me "I couldn't get the part" (usb ?) I took it elsewhere and in 3 days they had it ready for me!

No me pudieron dar respuesta de lo que tenia mi computadora y para acabarla me la dejaron toda rayada. De verdad si no van a cuidar las cosas mejor no trabajen Terrible service. I took my computer in for a diagnosis and they didn't follow up on me. If I don't dial, they won't talk to me. They could not give me an answer about what my computer had and to finish it they left it all scratched. Really if you are not going to take care of things better not work
