A	Alba Coeto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia fue desagradable, llevé mi equipo a formatear, me recomendaron cambiar de windows 7 a windows 10, cuando llamé para preguntar para saber si ya estaba listo me dijeron que sí; lo recogí y al llegar a casa me percaté que no estaba instalado el software de office como se habían comprometido y también no funcionaba ni mi mouse ni mi teclado. Regrese con ellos y lo "arreglaron" después de que estuve esperando en dicho lugar mas de dos horas y media. Además de que me entregaron mi equipo rayado y ahora esta super lento. No los recomiendo para nada. Mejor opte por comprar un equipo nuevo. My experience was unpleasant, I took my computer to format, they recommended me to change from windows 7 to windows 10, when I called to ask to know if it was ready they said yes; I picked it up and when I got home I realized that the office software was not installed as promised and neither my mouse nor my keyboard was working. I went back to them and they "fixed" it after I was waiting in that place for more than two and a half hours. In addition to that they gave me my scratched equipment and now it is super slow. I do not recommend them at all. Better choose to buy a new computer.

Desafortunadamente tuve un problema con un virus en mi computadora y mi trabajo depende de este equipo asi que estaba aterrado. La lleve a Compudr y me atendieron muy rápido además de entender la urgencia y necesidad de resolverlo por lo que trabajaron extra para que se solucionara lo antes posible. En verdad fueron amables, rápidos, bien hechos, resolvieron el problema mejor de lo que imagine (pensé que tendría que cambiar partes del hardware) Muy recomendado!
