★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desafortunadamente hubo muchos problemas de comunicación por parte de la empresa. Pedí un cargador para laptop, se fijó una fecha de entrega, no cumplieron; se comprometieron a llevarlo a domicilio al día siguiente, no lo hicieron, ni siquiera avisaron hasta que marqué y dijeron que ya no había nadie en el local. Después de 3 días de retraso y nula comunicación dijeron llevarlo a mi trabajo pero no respetaron la hora acordada y tampoco avisaron. Terminé consiguiendo otro cargador por otro lado por no saber si realmente ellos cumplirían y porque ya no podía esperarles más (para eso se acuerda una fecha al solicitar un producto) además que nunca contestaron mis mensajes hasta que marcaba. Espero que mejoren su comunicación con sus clientes para evitar este tipo de malentendidos.

I ended up getting another charger on the other hand for not knowing if they really would comply and because I could no longer wait for them (for that a date is agreed upon when requesting a product) and they never answered my messages until I dialed. I hope you improve your communication with your customers to avoid this kind of misunderstanding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve una laptop HP a revisar referente a qué no duraba la batería y en ocasiones la dejaba cargada y amanecía sin batería, bueno cuando regreso me dijeron que la checaron y que no tenía nada, pero resulta que me sigue presentando las mismas fallas, pero ellos me dicen que no tiene nada...yo simplemente no regreso con ellos mejor busquen por otro lado a gente más profesional y que si sepa hacer su trabajo y que no te hagan perder tu tiempo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé una impresora canon porque no pasaba las hojas, me dijeron que tenía un alambre atorado, se solucionó sin embargo me dijeron que imprimía mal, con líneas y las letras cruzadas... para eso me decían que hay que cambiar cabezales y me estaban dejando en $3,000 pesos cuando los dos cabezales valen $1,500... decidí cambiárselos y pensé que el problema terminaría como ellos me dijeron... sin embargo no fue así el problema persiste. Eso no lo hacia mi impresora, no se que le movieron, me recomendaron comprarme otra ya que los cabezales valían $3,000 pesos ambos y me dicen que ellos conseguían a alguien que me daba $80 pesos por mi impresora... no es justo, negocios así solo le sacan la lana a la gente... y para terminar ya ni me contestan los teléfonos...
