★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio!! Lentos y malos, primero intentaron robar la memoria de mi laptop y después dañaron el disco duro ocasionando que perdiera toda mi información. Además de que los precios son altos, yo acudí a este lugar porque se supone que son soporte autorizado de Dell, lo que no sabían es que son unos ineptos y además de eso, también son rateros. Definitivamente no le recomendaría a nadie que lleve sus equipos a reparación o mantenimiento a este lugar. No me explico como Del autoriza lugares como este.
 Terrible service!! Slow and bad, first they tried to steal the memory of my laptop and later they damaged the hard disk causing me to lose all my information. In addition to the high prices, I went to this place because they are supposed to be Dell authorized support, what they didn't know is that they are inept and besides that, they are also thieves. I would definitely not recommend anyone to take their equipment for repair or maintenance to this place. I do not understand how Del authorizes places like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lleve mi laptop que se apagaba y solo le cambiaron el sistema operativo, luego me dijeron que ya servia la encendí y todo hiba bien, asi que pague 900 pesos. luego al otro dia se apago y la volvi a llevar, fácilmente se tardaron 15 días en llamarme para decirme que no tenían como comprobar el problema, cuando el problema es de video no solo de cambiarle el sistema operativo, asi que les pedi la devolución del dinero y me dijeron que no era posible, en fin me decepcionan, ya la lleve al centro y luego luego me dijeron que era un problema de video, hicieron pruebas la desarmaron y la repararon, obiamente pague 1000 pesos pero viendo las cosas yo no recomiendo a estos pseudo ingenieros.
