I had an issue with my laptop. While traveling it is always uneasy when your stuff breaks down. A was a bit skeptical when I saw the place but these guys were a treat though! They fixed my problem in less than a day and were so friendly. Muchas gracias amigos!

Excellent service! I highly recommend! I came to Puerto Escondido to work remotely for a month. The Mac laptop that I brought from home broke within the first week and the closest certified repair shop is in Oaxaca City. So I purchased a new inexpensive PC laptop from Amazon, which arrived broken 3 days later. I had missed several days of work at this point so I turned to Google to find a local repair shop. I had visited 3 other shops that I found on Google Maps, but they had all since closed or moved locations. I finally found CompuGenios. Guillermo inspected my computer and within several hours was able to diagnose what was wrong. Fixing the computer would have likely costed more than the actual computer itself and would have taken too long. So I was able to purchase a new laptop through CompuGenios. There are only maybe 2 stores in Puerto Escondido that keep laptops in stock, and they only have one expensive one in stock at a time. I fully trusted Guillermo to save the day! All of the staff was so friendly and nice. Guillermo presented all of my options at different price ranges. Within 24 hours I had a new computer and was able to start working again. I was able to pay by Visa and my receipt was emailed to me right away. I put a deposit of half the price down and paid the rest upon receiving the computer. Before I left the shop, they helped me get the computer fully set up, made sure it was working correctly, and had the necessary programs I needed. I assume that the store marked up the computer, but I didn't notice any increase of price. It was less money than the computer I ordered on Amazon even without shipping included. I could not speak more highly of Guillermo. He even offered me recommendations of things to do and sites to see around town while visiting Puerto. I am very happy to recommend CompuGenios to everyone!
