La reparación, como tal: Aunque no encontraron la pieza que necesitaba (Claro, la disponibilidad no depende de ellos) pudieron reparar mi equipo reforzando la parte rota y tardó solo dos días en hacerse. Mi laptop dejo de verse y la lleve por eso, el ing me dijo q era un volado podía volver a funcionar o no, aún así la lleve. Ahora lo q no me gustó, no es que la vida útil de mi lap terminará, sino q la persona que se encargó de abrir mi equipo fue descuidada!! ? entregué mi equipo sin rayaduras, con todos los tornillitos de su parte trasera, con la pantalla limpia y las gomitas q tienen debajo las lap para q no se resbalen, mi lap aunque ya no sirva, tenía y tiene valor sentimental para mí (mi papá me la compro antes de morir). Al recibir la lap ya armada, trae rayada la carcasa, los tornillos no vienen completos y la pantalla viene sucia, de las gomitas ni hablamos pues ya no viene ninguna. No estoy hablando mal del negocio, simplemente les sugiero q chequen bien su equipo tanto cuando lo entregan a cuando lo reciben. Por ese detalle ⭐⭐⭐ I liked the attention and honesty of Ing. José Luis !! My laptop stopped being seen and I took it for that, the ing told me that it was a blown up, it could work again or not, even so I took it. Now what I did not like, is not that the useful life of my lap will end, but that the person who was in charge of opening my computer was careless !! ? I delivered my equipment without scratches, with all the screws on the back, with the screen clean and the rubber bands that the lap has underneath so that they do not slip, my lap even though it is no longer useful, had and has sentimental value for me (my Dad bought it for me before he died). Upon receiving the already assembled lap, the casing is scratched, the screws are not complete and the screen is dirty, we don't even talk about the rubber bands because there are no longer any. I am not talking bad about the business, I simply suggest that you check your equipment well both when you deliver it to when you receive it. For that detail ⭐⭐⭐
