Quedo muy satisfecho , en este momento de la pandemia , ellos realizan un riguroso servicio de limpieza a la hora de recibir mi equipo asi como a la entrega , me la limpiaron sin costo. Llevé mi Laptop a revisar y me la devolvieron sin memorias ram. Se quedaron con un equipo al que había que cambiarle el teclado por 6 meses y no me tenían fecha para cuando. Lo llevé a otro sitio (centro autorizado Acer) y en dos semanas tuvieron mi teclado y a excelente precio. Abren cuando quieren. Cero recomendable.
