I marked them to know what. The person who answered me told me that they were checking but since they were going to close it would be until Monday when they could tell me. I waited on Monday the 15th all day. Obviously no one called me. So at 5.45 in the afternoon I went to the local. I told them to give me the equipment better. So no diagnosis, no repair, no minimal customer service. I just wasted my time.

ZERO!!!!! Recommended this place for repair services. I took my laptop to them for a simple formatting and internal cleaning, they promised me my lap ready in 2 days and I finished with it 1 week later, when I went for my laptop they gave me scratched; They told me that's how I delivered it and coincidentally the only photo they didn't have of my team was from that part (they take a photo of your team when you deliver it). When I arrived at my house, the laptop was completely misconfigured (the drivers were not installed correctly) and several keys on the keyboard did not work. (I guess they wanted to open it without removing all the screws). Obviously I came back to complain, of course they had to agree to compose the bad job they did, I demanded to change the keyboard and in the end they fixed the lap. (I had to wait 3 more weeks for the part to arrive, which is OBVIOUSLY a BAD quality Chinese part from Mercadolibre that lasted practically NOTHING!!!!. In conclusion, I will not return, and I suggest you do the same, I doubt that it was an isolated case or a bad technician due to the number of things wrong. This happened a few yesterdays ago, but every time I pass by and remember this, I hope that not one other poor soul goes through the same thing.
