They never talked to me to tell me what's up with my team ... I was calling them they told me right now I call you and then never total when I pass it through my lap it turns out that it does not turn on ... I do not want to think badly but surely they already stole something .. Bad customer service and parts theft

It took a week and a half to "check" my computer and I never received a diagnosis or quote. They just put me off. Terrible service.

Muy profesionales en los tiempos de recepción/entrega.

They were always patient and kind at all times.
Very professional in reception/delivery times.
I made a super special request to them to have my screen repaired the same day and they agreed (for which I expressed my gratitude and I repeat it now, thank you!).
