Lleve una laptop con windows original con windows 10 para que solo se restaurara y quedara igual a de fabrica, y le pusieron el mas pirata que he visto en toda mi vida (literal). Hasta las versiones de windows piratas que la misma computadora detecta que es pirata y te dice que eres "victima" de pirateria funciona mejor que esto. Inicia sesion 3 veces antes de poder ver el escritorio y de una manera bastante dudosa. No le pondria el windows que me pusieron ni a una computadora compaq de hace 20 años
Terrible formatting. I took an original windows laptop with windows 10 so that it would only be restored and it would be the same as the factory, and they put the most pirate I have seen in my whole life (literal). Even the pirated versions of windows that the same computer detects that it is pirated and tells you that you are a "victim" of piracy works better than this. He logs in 3 times before he can see the desktop and in a rather dubious way. I would not put the windows that they gave me or a compaq computer from 20 years ago

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé el equipo por una cotización y quedaron de hablarme. Tardaron y mejor fui a recoger el equipo. Me dieron la sorpresa de que ya habían hecho el cambio de sistema operativo (sin yo haber confirmado). Y mi sorpresa fue mayor cuando me dicen que no pudieron recuperar ningún archivo (yo sin respaldo porque estaba esperando primero la respuesta de la cotización).
Actualización (10/012021). Primero que contesten mis llamadas; he marcado al número de teléfono que publican y al que me otorgaron y no contestan. Segundo, no creo que sea el medio para publicar mis datos de contacto, es un espacio público virtual; si desean realmente atenderme denme un teléfono que sí contesten o un correo para darles toda información que necesiten de mi situación. En todo caso les proporciono el folio que es 0345 con atención el día 20 de diciembre 2020.
I took the team for a quote and they agreed to talk to me. It took them a while and I better went to pick up the equipment. They gave me the surprise that they had already made the change of operating system (without me having confirmed).
