★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upon moving to San Miguel, some 3 1/2 years ago, it was abundantly clear that we needed professional assistance in setting up our internet, television and other technical items here in Mexico. We were lucky to find the Computer Doctor (Thomas). Thomas listened to what we wanted to accomplish, provided well-thought-out recommendations, and executed those recommendations in a timely and cost-effective manner. He regularly followed up with us just to see whether everything was working as we expected. Additionally, when the technology advanced (as one would expect over a three-year period) he informed us about the new alternatives, both pros and cons including costs. Some changes we made and some we didn't feel were necessary. We were fortunate to find the Computer Doctor when we did. It helped us avoid unknown frustration and saved us money.
