Easy printing of documents via WhatsApp ?

The boys always treated me well, the truth is that the quality and cost was and is good, but these last few visits a lady treated me rudely, when I arrived I said good morning, afternoon and her reply in an annoyed tone is " what do you need" to which the truth is not so important but what is annoying is that I tell him to send him a file by WhatsApp to print, I let him check if the file arrives and he does not tell me anything he just prints it and gives it to me Before, I didn't tell him anything since there weren't any errors, but today I needed the color copies and he printed them in black and white at once. I told him that I needed them in color and he made me a face and a gesture of annoyance, not really. I know if the lady always attends like this or it is already personal since I often go to make copies but the truth is after this and to put up with the faces of the lady I prefer to go somewhere else since I am not going to visit the lady I go for a service that I require and that I pay.
