D	DIOS VIVE EN MI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cuenta con un personal incompetente que no quiere hacer su trabajo. tengo una tarjeta pendiente por entregar y me manda la información Banorte de que no pudieron entregar la tarjeta. el mensajero solo vino 1 vez y no estaba en el domicilio me encontraba cerca en la tienda. Pero a las pocas Horas me mandan otro mensaje de que hicieron el segundo intento y es TOTAL MENTIRA tengo cámaras de seguridad y no vino la segunda vez. después de varios días me mandan otro mensaje del 3er intento el cual también es Mentira porque estoy en el Domicilio y no se grabo a nadie en las cámaras que viniera. su personal no quiere hacer su trabajo y solo pone que intentaron realizar la entrega. y en los TELEFONOS de contacto TAMPOCO contesta nadie a Ninguna Hora. en internet ya hay muchas reseñas de clientes con el mismo problema y ya hable a Banorte varios días para reportar el problema y ojala cambien de paqueteria para mejorar el servicio con el cliente. you have incompetent staff who don't want to do their jobs. I have a pending card to deliver and Banorte sends me the information that they could not deliver the card. the courier only came 1 time and he was not at home I was close to the store. But a few hours later they send me another message that they made the second attempt and it is TOTAL LIE I have security cameras and it did not come the second time. After several days they send me another message from the 3rd attempt which is also a Lie because I am at home and no one was recorded on the cameras who came. your staff doesn't want to do their job and just says they tried to deliver. and in the contact TELEPHONES no one answers either at No Hour. On the internet there are already many customer reviews with the same problem and I have already spoken to Banorte for several days to report the problem and hopefully they will change packages to improve customer service.
