Nice place, nice drinks, nice burgers!!!!

The service is ok! Food not that great

We had an amazing time here. Most delicious Bacon Boss burger with sriracha sauce, and the sushi was pretty good! Lovely & warm rooftop patio with a mezcal bar, plus rolled ice cream downstairs. The most amazing thing is that they provide childcare on the entire 2nd floor, so family friendly! I love the format, where everyone can get what they want with one server.

I went to Comunal since it had been mentioned almost everywhere. Places to eat are diverse and they have different and delicious options. We tried both the Bacon Bar and the sushi place. Food was great from the Bacon Bar (a little expensive, but hey, you're in Condesa). What's actually TERRIBLE from this place is both the attention and the charging method. Since they are using the "market" experience, with waiters, one would expect that they would be able to charge with a single check. They don't. They bring you different checks from different places, even for the drinks. Payment time is horrible and waiters and manager do not help at all. If you're going with a large group, be sure to avoid this place because paying will be a nightmare. I even came back a couple weeks after they opened and they still haven't done anything to fix the paying method. Disaster.

Most or dare I say all of the places here in the food court are very low grade and offer mediocre food at best. The prices are not cheap for Mexico and what you get. The good - the second floor contains a play area for kids (180 pesos for 1.5 hours I think) the play are is lovely. The roof patio is lovely to sit, the drinks are okay. The bad again, service is scattered, there is confusion in bills if you have a group or if you order from more than one restaurant. Poor set up with ordering and paying. You should go up to each booth, place your order and pay immediately then the servers can bring your food and bring drinks, and you can leave them a tip, or somehow change it that you can get one bill at the end to pay.

I went here for dinner with my wife and young daughter (2 years old). The good things about this place first. The environment is really nice...very well decorated. The food was very good and worth the price you pay. You also have the chance to select from multiple restaurants that share a communal space. Now on to the bad: the service was horrible. The waiters were very confused about me asking for a simple glass of red wine (when it finally came they gave us about 3 oz. of wine). When we were trying to pay for our bill a waiter took our tab and simply disappeared for a good 15-20 minutes...no one told us what was going on. We asked a second time and had to wait till it was finally resolved. The issue seems to be that their are four restaurants and if you choose dishes or liquor from separate restaurants it really complicates cashing out at the end of your meal. None of the wait staff told us what was going on and we wasted a solid twenty minutes of our evening. Sadly even with the quality of food being good....I have better things to do with my time. Diner beware.

Cheap beer. Food's... Meh. Buncha options but similar to a food court in an airport. Come for a beer but leave before food.
