★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No cumplen tiempos de entrega, es la tercera ocasión que cambian la fecha aun ya escriturado el inmueble, tardaron mas de 1 año en construir a la fecha prometida en preventa, firmada la escritura llevan 3 meses y no pueden instalar los acabados pactados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, en especial los desarrollos de Morelos, en el Fraccionamiento Arroyo, los vendedores solo buscan su comisión, después de dar el dinero del apartado ellos desaparecen, no te dan seguimiento, se esconden y cambian las fechas prometidas. Son muy informales y generan desconfianza, aparte de groseros. El teléfono del supuesto corporativo nunca lo contestan. En general, no recomiendo hacer trato con ellos, si son incumplidos con clientes nuevos, no me imagino al momento de querer ejercer una garantía del inmueble, con mayor razón se van a esconder.
