Al principio fueron muy amables y realmente nos vendieron un "sueño " Ahora se que es su labor endulzar el oído y vender algo con el que no estamos a gusto. Primero nos llevamos la sorpresa de que no estaba incluído el mantenimiento.( Cuando nos vendieron si estaba incluído.,después resulta que hubo error en el sistema y no estaba incluído el mantenimiento en la mensualidad) . Uno hace sus cuentas y acepta por qué el precio que te dan es posible pagarlo. Cuando llegas a vivir a este desarrollo te das cuenta de que no hay mantenimientos como tal,no hay seguridad,pierdes las garantías por cualquier cosa que hagas en tu casa. La tubería está mal puesta.,no hay agua (a pesar de que se pregunto desde antes de hacer la compra ) . En el primer mes se empezo a cuartear la pared de la entrada. Cuando se reporto solo fueron a "resanar" esa parte. Hubo fugas de agua y mal colocada la tubería de gas. Te dan largas para reparar o hacer válidas las garantías. Además de todos los defectos de la casa hay temas importantes. Uno de los peores es que no podemos pagar el agua ya que no está munipalizado el desarrollo . Cuando pedimos una explicación nos dicen que pronto quedará ese tema....pero ya hasta cambiarán de razón social. En fin.,no confien en esta empresa . Al fin y al cabo son Casas Geo y ustedes ya saben todos los problemas que tuvieron . We bought a house in Zumpango with this company. At first they were very friendly and really sold us a "dream". When we ask for an explanation, they tell us that this issue will soon remain ... but they will even change their company name. Anyway, don't trust this company. After all, they are Casas Geo and you already know all the problems they had.
M	Magodeozmarcos73 Lopez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son departamento bonitos pero El desarrollo aun esta incompleto y en cuestion de seguridad (fuera del desarrollo)no es muy conveniente te dicen que no sufren de agua ni es inseguro pero tengo familiares a cerca y tanto en seguridad y abastecimiento de agua es muy deficiente. Asi tambien el asesor que me toco se molesto cuando no me convenció el departamento y empezo a decir mentiras de un desarrollo que iba a visitar al siguiente dia yera lo contrario a lo que el asesor me habia comentado They are beautiful apartments but the development is still incomplete and in terms of security (outside the development) it is not very convenient they tell you that they do not suffer from water or it is unsafe but I have close relatives and both security and water supply is very deficient. Todos los demás servicios en general son deficientes y de mala calidad. The only good thing is the spaciousness of the apartments, as they have three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. All other services in general are deficient and of poor quality.
