After another half hour the food began to arrive and at the end the cakes with red chilaquiles arrived, to which we mentioned that they had been green. They told us that they were going to check with the person who took the order. Minutes later the boy approaches and tells us that we asked for red, and we said no, that everyone at the table clearly heard when green was asked, to which the young man very annoyed and in a rude tone told us that he did not think he had he was the one who had made a mistake. We spoke to the manager and half told him about the situation (half because, not with malicious intent, he interrupted us to take immediate solutions), he changed our waiter (who turned out to be his rude captain of waiters), and he began to change himself our dishes. In about 5 minutes we had our cakes, with the disadvantage that they had no bread for 3 and they put baguettes in one. It was 12:30 and they no longer had rolls or green juice. No matter how much effort the manager wanted to make, it is quite clear that they have a terrible organization of staff, they lack training and honestly it is not worth waiting 1:30 hrs for their food that is nothing spectacular.
