★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No apollan cuando hay sismos con pipas de agua y el agua carísima que se compra a pipas particulares pasa por los medidores y nos cobran el recibo. No hay equidad en el cobro. Hay muchas personas que gozan del servicio y tienen años sin pagar y otros que pagamos tenemos que subsidiar a los morosos. Si realmente se pusieran a cobrar y cerrar medidores cuándo no paguen otra situación sería. En ocasiones hasta dan ganas de dejar de pagar y caer en morosidad. Al fin no pasa nada.
They do not apollen when there are earthquakes with water pipes and the very expensive water that is bought from private pipes passes through the meters and they charge us the receipt. There is no equity in collection. There are many people who enjoy the service and have years without paying and others who pay have to subsidize the defaulters. If they really started to collect and close meters when they do not pay, another situation would be. Sometimes they even make you want to stop paying and become delinquent. At last nothing happens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es triste ver como esta tan deteriorado el edificio, muy grafiteado y se ve que no le dan mantenimiento. Se ve que en sus buenas épocas era un edificio muy bonito e imponente.
It is sad to see how the building is so deteriorated, very graffiti and it is seen that they do not give it maintenance. You can see that in its good times it was a very beautiful and imposing building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me dicen que el archivo es muy recomendable para quienes investigan temas relacionados con el agua. El edificio es porfiriana de estilo eclécticoz en 1926 se volvió la Comisión Nacional de Irrigación. Tristemente ahora se encuentra deteriorado por los graffiti que en este caso considero puro vandalismo.
They tell me that the archive is highly recommended for those who research water-related issues. The building is Porfirian in an eclectic style and in 1926 it became the National Irrigation Commission. Sadly, it is now damaged by graffiti, which in this case I consider pure vandalism.
