I do not understand that a "VOLUNTARY FEE OF MORE THAN 900 PESOS" is being charged PLUS INSURANCE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PANDEMIC IF THE NORMAL WAS 500 AND PEAK AND YOU HAVE TO PAY TO GENERATE THE RE-REGISTRATION. Something we have to do
