Excelente servicio, en mi experiencia nos atendieron a mi y a mi esposo fuera de horario y nos resolvieron, aunque se demoraron siempre nos respondieron. 100% recomendable.

Hasta la fecha no me han entregado mis electrodomésticos y cada que les marcas para preguntar sobre el status de tu pedido resulta que la persona encargada siempre esta ocupada y nunca puede atenderte, tu llamada jamas pasara de recepción. Si pueden eviten comprar sus ecotecnologías en esta tienda.

Pesimismo servicio , no los recomiendo para nada me atendio un asesor luis garza desde el mes de junio me dieron fecha de entrega de los productos en 20 dias , nos tratamos de comunicar con el y 1. no te quiere responder las llamadas 2. te pide le marques a un tal guillermo para que te ponga como cliente urgente 3. el tampoco responde y cuando lo hace dice que el provedroe es el que tiene la culpa porque no les an mandado productos 4.me dan una fecha de entrega y hoy me lo vlelven a cambiar para el siguiente mes 5 , las oficinas estan cerradas y nos dice el asesor que el no pudde hacer nada que si queremos que vayamos directo aya pero no estan trabajando 6. nos dan un numero al inicio de realizar el contrat en el cual nunca responden NO LOS RECOMIENDO PARA NADA SON GROSEROS PORQUE TE DICEN QUE NO ES SU PROBLEMA QUE TE ESPERES .

Esta sucursal de Concasa tiene el PEOR servicio imaginable en cuanto a ecotecnologias del Infonavit. Lo calificaria -20 de 10 de ser posible. Les dejo un resumen de porque NO deben elegir Concasa para sus ecotecnologias sobre mi experiencia: * Los productos que pedimos se demoraron de 2-3 semanas, a pesar de haber pedido envio express. Su excusa siempre fue que "el provedor" no les habia podido mandar productos, pero no entiendo porque si no tienen inventario, hacen la venta sabiendo que uno confia en que llegaran los productos a tiempo. Y peor aun, no reconocen la culpa de que el retraso es su culpa. * La asesora de ventas que nos atendio al menos, Norma, fue increiblemente poco profesional. Nunca contestaba su telefono, tardaba horas en contestar los Whatsapp, y siempre que le pedia que me diera seguimiento del retraso, le hechaba la culpa a otro departamento y decia que no podia hacer nada en vez de responsabilizarse por el retraso. * Esta imposible contactarlos por telefono, pues las personas importantes llegan tardisimo, se van a comer temprano, se toman 2-3 horas de comida, y se van temprano. Tuve que ir en persona para que me solucionara algo. * Las personas que me mandaron para entrega e instlacion de clima y boiler son unos INUTILES/INEPTOS. Me maltrataron bastante las cosas cuando las metieron a la casa, me rompieron el piso de ceramica aventando herramientas pesadas desde alto cuando no las ocupaban, se negaron a desarmar el refrigerador cuando no cupo, el boiler que me instalaron lo dejaron todo chueco y con FUGA de GAS (que de buenas que mi esposa se dio cuenta pues olia bastante a gas afuera), y el Clima lo pusieron de tan mala forma que empezo a hacer ruido y cuando hable a un tecnico de climas, me comento que lo instalaron mal y estaba mal comprimido el gas enfriador, y tuve que pagar +$1000 pesos por arreglarlo. En fin...fue una PORQUERIA de servicio con Concasa, no lo recomiendo para nada, evitense tantos corajes y frustracion por favor. Para entregas tardias, pesimo servicio, e instalacion que termina costando el doble para arreglar el estupido trabajo que hicieron, mejor elegir otro provedor. He escuchado cosas mejores de EcoMart.
This branch of Concasa has the WORST service imaginable in terms of ecotechnologies of Infonavit. I would rate it -20 out of 10 if possible. EN LO PERSONAL A MI ME RECOMENDARON CAMBIAR MI VALE AHÍ EN CONCASA YA QUE MI VECINA AHÍ LO CAMBIO, SI TARDAN ENTREGAR PERO SI ME DIJERON QUE TARDABA 20 DÍAS HÁBILES Y ME LO DIERON POR ESCRITO, LA SEÑORITA QUE ME ATENDIÓ MUY HONESTA, NO ME INSTALARON NADA, PERO SI RECIBIMOS BUENA INTENCIÓN, NO ES ESTAFA COMO EN OTROS LADOS .... RECOMENDABLE!
PERSONALLY, I WAS RECOMMENDED TO CHANGE MY VALUE THERE IN CONCASA, AS MY NEIGHBORHOOD CHANGED IT THERE, IF THEY HAD TO DELIVER BUT IF I WAS TOLD THAT I HAD 20 BUSINESS DAYS AND WAS GIVEN TO ME IN WRITTEN, THE LADY WHO WAS ATTENDED ME VERY HONEST THEY INSTALLED NOTHING, BUT IF WE RECEIVED GOOD INTENT, IT IS NOT SCAMED AS ON OTHER SIDES .... RECOMMENDED!

Si quieren cambiar su vale de ecotecnologías, no lo hagan aquí por lo que más quieran... Son muy insistentes a la hora de querer cambiarte el vale pero una vez que aceptas, se demoran 3 semanas en entregarte las cosas (que según te dicen pondrán que te las entreguen "con urgencia"). La persona que se encargó de canjear tu vale nada profesional ni responsable, no te contesta las llamadas ni los mensajes, una total inútil. Si quieres saber cómo va tu pedido, es mejor que te presentes a la sucursal y con suerte te atienden, porque la que está en recepción siempre te dirá que no están. Otra cosa: la instalación de boileres es un PELIGRO en este lugar. El mío me lo dejaron con fuga de gas... Por favor, NO ADQUIERAN SUS ELECTRODOMÉSTICOS AQUÍ. Parece exageración, pero no lo es, se los aseguro.
If they want to change their eco-technology voucher, don't do it here for what they want most ... Saca de onda, que la puerta está hasta el fondo y en ocasiones , hay camionetas estacionadas en la mera entrada,pero nos atendieron rápido y muy bien ,recomendable , ?
