C	Cristina Rutilia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar para descansar sin preocupaciones de lujo, cuenta con los servicios basicos de un hotel comprendo que el mantenimiento de cualquier destino de playa es muy complicado, solo cuidar detalles que los propietarios seguramente conocen. A place to rest without luxury worries, it has the basic services of a hotel. I understand that the maintenance of any beach destination is very complicated, only taking care of details that the owners surely know.

Mariscos Dagos que es el local enfrente de este supuestamente hotel es lo mejor que de puede esperar de este pueblo. Nadie te atiende. Esperas más de 40 minutos para que salga la recepcionista y aún así te dan una actitud para el perro. Deja mucho que desear la atención de este establecimiento. BUSQUEN UN LUGAR EN MANZANILLO PERO QUE NO SEA GRANDFESRIVALL POR QYE ES PEOR QUE AQUI. LAS ADAS O WL BARCELO ES RECOMENDABLE EN MA ZANILLO. GRANFESTIVALL SOLO LES ROBA EL DINERO Y SUS HABITACIONES ESTAN MUY VIEJAS. No one at reception when you walk in and no signs telling you where the reception is. Mariscos Dagos, which is the place in front of this supposedly hotel, is the best you can expect from this town. Nobody attends to you. You wait 40+ minutes for the receptionist to come out and still get an attitude for the dog. The attention of this establishment leaves a lot to be desired. LOOK FOR A PLACE IN MANZANILLO BUT NOT GRANDFESRIVALL BECAUSE IT IS WORSE THAN HERE. LAS ADAS OR WL BARCELO IS RECOMMENDED IN MA ZANILLO. GRANFESTIVALL ONLY STEALS THEIR MONEY AND THEIR ROOMS ARE VERY OLD.

The pool was dirty as well as the corridors, the mattresses were full of balls There is only one person attending The only thing is that it is on the edge of the beach everything else is wrong Not worth what was paid for one night

The doors jam and are not secure, the place needs a lot of maintenance. There are no towels in the room, you have to go ask for them yourself, multiple times and the towels themselves are ripped and in poor conditions. The wifi service does not reach the rooms. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but there are a lot of places nearby, however, the food is Bland and more expensive than other more luxurious places. The prices are not worth it. Good for a 1 day stay at the beach, with low expectations. The pool in the hotel (needing some maintenance as well) was probably the best part.
