Robberies all the tine owner does not help out refuses to fix the windows that won't lock.

Amazing place to spend your holidays. The house is clean and really comfortable, Federica and Marco are very friendly hosts.

String of burglaries, and oddly windows will not lock.. Appears to be inside job, otherwise, who would rent a place out that doesn't have locking windows, and after multiple burglaries !?

Do not rent here! I signed a six-month rental contract and in eight days at approximately 2 AM in the morning I was robbed while I slept in the bed next to the nightstand where my wallet and telephone was stolen! After contacting all the neighbors of the incident I was told that this is happened three other times and the people right before me had a baby while they were robbed in the middle of the night. Upon closer inspection the windows do not lock and Marco who left the five star review above is the owner who refuses to fix any of the windows or provide any security Even though there has been multiple robberies. I left the place completely clean and the way I found it the same day I was robbed due to it not being safe. I asked for the refund of my deposit and 29 days of my rent until he could put security bars or some form of security to provide a safe building. Marco refused to give me back any of my money. Renters beware!

I've been living at Camelot for almost a year and have loved my time here! My neighbors are friendly, diverse, and my apartment is so peaceful and convenient to all the best places in Playa on 38th. Marco is always willing to help when issues arise and is super patient. Highly recommended for long-term living in Playa, as a solo female expat.
