A very quiet place in a central area, they offer a complete apartment with everything you need at a better price than a hotel. The access is private and they give you your own key. I had a very pleasant time in my stay.

This place is no longer a hotel but apartments. The one in which I was for a few days is spacious, functional and pleasant.

We had booked Jess's apartment for 62 days, but had to move out early, having lived only 40 days due to the construction of a building adjacent to the wall of the condo, to the wall of the apartment where we lived. Pros: the apartment is located very close to the sea (only 10 minutes walk), Aki and Soriana grocery stores are nearby, there are wonderful roof terraces where you can sunbathe on sun loungers, have a barbecue, and sit outside. The kitchen has a gas stove, microwave oven, coffee maker. Cons: first floor, no windows facing the street, impossible to ventilate, it is always very stuffy and musty air, mold has started up in things for a month due to humidity, so keep the cabinet doors open! Two windows in the kitchen open onto the hall, where neighbors and cleaners are constantly walking and talking - very noisy. The announcement on Airbnb contains inaccuracies: the apartment does not have a TV and a hairdryer, the kitchen is very poorly equipped (in the ad “cocina equipada”) there was not even a saucepan to cook pasta, not enough dishes. The Internet is bad, not stable, often it is not there for several minutes, but if you just came as tourists, this is normal, but you will not be able to work. Several times the water was cut off, 3-4 times, once there was no water for more than 12 hours. Check-in: unfortunately, we had to wait in the lobby until 17.30 (check-in in the ad at 15.00). We lost 3 working days due to construction and relocation because Jess gave us false information about the apartment, said that the internet in the condo was stable, did not warn us about construction work. I recommend only for a low price and for no more than a week, unless you plan to stay in the apartment for a short time. I believe this apartment does not cost more than $ 750 per month.
