The administration was a disaster, we rented and the administrator Irma stole the deposit we made. He did his job very poorly, terrible attention and experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warning: The landlady - Irma - will scam you for money if she can. When I arrived there were two Americans trying to get their money back after her husband had run with it. When I left she also stole US $750 from me. She seems lovely but actually is a liar and a thief. Be careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place and apartment are beautiful, the problem is that the service is terrible. Dirty towels, dirty floor, old pans, the dryer did not work, the water runs out every day, they never came to clean the apartment even though we had requested it, since we were staying two weeks. The worst is that the person in charge of the place never answers the phone or messages. So in overall the experience was definitely not what we expected, and nothing compared to what we payed for.
