Consta de tres calles privadas que conforman el Fraccionamiento: Priv. Herradura, Priv. Gualdrapas y P. Carretas. El lugar es agradable, de ambiente campirano y a la vez moderno, hay distintos centros comerciales cerca. El problema por las noches es la carencia de luminarias, además de que las calles que rodean el fraccionamiento, tienen poca calidad.
Housing unit located in the Municipality of Jesús María, very close to the limits with the Municipality of Aguascalientes. It consists of three private streets that make up the neighborhood: Priv. Horseshoe, Priv. Gualdrapas and P. Carretas. The place is nice, with a country atmosphere and at the same time modern, there are different shopping centers nearby. The problem at night is the lack of lighting, in addition to the poor quality of the streets surrounding the neighborhood.
