★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El condominio donde me quede es muy rústico. Le falta un poco de mantenimiento, pero es equitativo a lo que se paga. Muy cerca de la playa Francia, farmacia, tiendas de conveniencia, súper mercado y algunos restaurantes. Los elevadores son muy tardados pero hay la alternativa de subir por las escaleras. La alberca no es muy grande, tiene un jacuzzi muy padre, y la zona de estancia es agradable. Solo un cajón por departamento para estacionarse.
The condo where I stay is very rustic. It lacks a bit of maintenance, but it is fair to what is paid. Very close to the France beach, pharmacy, convenience stores, super market and some restaurants. The elevators are very slow but there is the alternative of climbing the stairs. The pool is not very big, it has a very cool jacuzzi, and the stay area is nice. Only one drawer per department to park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condominium Hemisphere es un condominio muy bonito y tiene una bonita piscina y zona de jacuzzi. Se encuentra a poca distancia a pie de la playa y también está muy cerca de supermercados, restaurantes y bares. El alquiler aquí es mucho menor que todos los otros condominios de la zona y la gente es amable. Se encuentra frente al Centro de Convenciones y a pasos del Banco Santander en Costa Azul.
Condominium Hemisphere is a very nice condo and has a nice pool and hot tub area. It is within walking distance to the beach and is also very close to supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The rent here is much less than all the other condos in the area and the people are friendly. It is located in front of the Convention Center and steps from Banco Santander in Costa Azul.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene buen personal de vigilancia que te toma la temperatura en la entrada y no deja pasar a ninguna persona que no esté registrada. La piscina muy agradable, limpia, está muy cerca de playa Icacos. A los departamentos les falta un poco de mantenimiento.
It has good security personnel who take your temperature at the entrance and do not let anyone pass who is not registered. The pool is very nice, clean, it is very close to Icacos beach. The apartments need some maintenance.
