★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vivienda para residentes Samsung, no cuenta con servicio de internet ni cable, se debe contratar uno por recarga y no se permite instalación por cableado, por la ubicación de la empresa el condominio se encuentra lejos de todo, vale la pena solo tienes auto para moverte dentro de la ciudad, sino tendrás que moverte en camión en viajes largos o tardados por el tráfico de la ciudad o pagar servicios de taxi/uber que son muy caros a comparación de otros estados $270 aprox por un viaje de 30 min, para la empresa está bien la ubicación, para vivir, comprar comida, conocer, no es recomendable, no hay nada al rededor, solo carretera, una tienda a 2 calles y purificadora de agua.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es exclusivo para los trabajadores de Samsung, el guardia pesima actitud, paso diario por ahi y tiro por viaje veo peleadose con servicios de paqueteria o reparto, los tratan peor que reos, me cuentan que les esculcan sus mochila y ver que llevan osea, no me gustaria para nada vivir asi, y lo malo de esta zona que no tenemos nada cerca todo esta super lejos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En cuestión de la Habana está lleno de gente foránea de parte de Samsung parte de ellos ni saben vivir en condominios tiran basura al rededor del condominio traen gente que de cualquier parte del pais, esos departamentos hubiera sido para gente que quiere vivir en Querétaro fuera de eso un lugar tranquilo
