Set on the beautiful Banderas Bay in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, near the small village of Mismaloya, this condo complex enjoys spectacular views of the ocean, jungle and mountains. Directly across the bay, nestled in the hillside are remnants of the historic movie set for “Night of the Iguana” filmed here in 1964.
Our location combines the convenience of being near the fun and excitement of Puerto Vallarta with its traditional and upscale restaurants, galleries and shopping, and historic Malecón “boardwalk”, while having a quiet, private ocean-front setting next to the small village of Mismaloya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attention owners and vacationers! We have supported and enjoyed the condos La Jolla de Mismaloya for 8 yrs and were making arrangements to purchase. Lovely spot, however the administration here, at this time, is not working well with owners or clients to solve problems well. They locked the only beach access because a person blocked the door open. This forces people to use street to try to get access, which is far, dangerous, busy road, a hike, under major construction and beach blocked.. We buy and support this town/condos for the beach access and charm. The current administration here is not proactive to offer solutions, very unconcerned or helpful! This lowers your property value.. I own many that I rent and honest administration is a top priority! Their only solution is to punish everyone on their vacation.. and i saw them lie to the owners about it. They did not try to find options that work for all.. they have security people that walk by and could check gate often. They have more than one person to monitor gates but do not. Also, staff is not treated super well and obviously not super happy.. not cool for relaxing time.. I hope it gets better as we love the location
