El mantenimiento es más caro que en otros condominios de ese fraccionamiento, pero en este caso como todas las casas son de un mismo dueño, sí se ve reflejado en cuanto a jardinería, limpieza y fumigacion, además de contar con puertas automatizadas tanto la peatonal como la de autos.
All the houses belong to a real estate agency that rents them, if you want them to bill, they do. Maintenance is more expensive than in other condominiums in that subdivision, but in this case, as all the houses are owned by the same owner, it is reflected in terms of gardening, cleaning and fumigation, in addition to having automated doors, both the pedestrian and the cars.
